The service

TourStubs is a tool for tracking band tour finances. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Your account & data

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You own the financial data you enter and the files you upload, and you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display them back to you and your bandmates, and to operate the features you use (such as emailing reports or extracting text from a screenshot you submit). Only upload content you have the right to upload.

Not financial advice

TourStubs helps you record and compute figures, but it is not accounting, tax, or financial advice. Totals, payouts, and reports are tools — verify anything you rely on for real decisions or filings.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using TourStubs and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing cg@keepittogethermedia.com.
