1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and TourStubs LLC ("TourStubs"). By using tourstubs.com you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who can use TourStubs

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where your local law requires it) to use TourStubs. You are responsible for the device token and password that secure your account.

3. Your content

You own the photos, videos and text you upload. By uploading, you grant TourStubs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service, including on the public share and collection pages you choose to share. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that invades someone else's privacy; don't abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service; don't impersonate others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Copyright

We respond to copyright takedown notices; see our Copyright / DMCA policy. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.

6. Paid features

Some features (printed tickets, promoter notifications) are paid. Prices are shown before you buy and payment is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; card details never touch our servers. Refunds: contact support. Physical print orders can be refunded or reprinted if they arrive damaged or wrong. Promoter credits are refundable if unused, and sends that fail are automatically re-credited.

7. The service is provided "as is"

TourStubs is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages; our total liability is capped at the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Edit profile → "Delete account"). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which TourStubs LLC is organized, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply.
