PRIVACY POLICY

What we store

TourStubs stores the data you enter to track tour finances: bands and members, tours, expenses, merch, revenue, debts, payouts, and any receipt, flyer, or report files you upload. Account access uses your email address (password or magic link).

Where it lives

Application data and files are hosted on Supabase (Postgres and Storage). Row-level security restricts every record to the bands you belong to. Receipt and export files live in private buckets served through short-lived signed links; flyers live in a public bucket.

Third parties

• Anthropic — when you use screenshot extraction, the image you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to read its transactions. It is processed for that request and not used to train models.
• Resend — sends transactional email (invites, tour reports, payout notices) to addresses you provide.
• Vercel — hosts the app and processes requests.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can edit or delete tours, expenses, and files from within the app, and request deletion of your account and its data by emailing cg@keepittogethermedia.com. Uploaded receipts may contain sensitive information — only upload what you're comfortable storing.
