Who we are
TourStubs ("we", "us") is a concert ticket-stub tracker operated by TourStubs LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: open a support ticket from the profile menu ("Contact support").
What we collect
- Account: a display name, an avatar, an email address and a password (stored only as a salted hash). Your identity is otherwise a random token stored in your browser.
- Your content: the shows you log (band, venue, city/state/country, date, notes, ratings), photos and videos you upload, comments, cheers, and feed posts. An optional Instagram handle if you add one.
- Support: the messages you send through support tickets.
- Print orders (when available): the shipping name, postal address, email and phone number you enter during checkout.
- Promoter accounts (when available): promoter/business name and contact email, plus billing history for credit purchases.
- Analytics (only with your consent; see Cookies & analytics): product usage events and input-masked session replays.
Public by design
TourStubs is a sharing product. Stubs you share get a public page
(/s/…) showing your display name, the show details and any memories
attached to it; your collection page (/u/…) publicly shows your
display name, avatar, Instagram handle (if set) and show history. Shared pages
are listed in our sitemap so search engines can find them. Uploaded photos and
videos live in a public storage bucket and are reachable by anyone with the
link. Don't upload anything you wouldn't post publicly.
How we use information
- To run the product: mint stubs, build your wall, power the community feed.
- To secure your account and send service email (verification links, password resets, support replies, order confirmations).
- To send marketing email only if you opt in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- To understand product usage (analytics, only with consent).
Service providers we share data with
We use a small set of vetted service providers ("processors") to run TourStubs. They only process data on our instructions:
- Hosting, database & media storage: where the app runs and your content is stored.
- Email delivery: sends our service and (if you opted in) marketing email; processes recipient addresses and names.
- Payment processing: handles checkout. Card numbers go directly to the payment processor and never touch our servers.
- Product analytics: usage analytics and input-masked session replay, loaded only after you consent.
- AI image extraction: if you use flyer/ticket import, the image you upload is sent to an AI service to extract the show details. Ticket-stub background art is generated from the band name and date (no personal data).
We do not sell your personal information. A current list of our providers is available on request via the contact above.
Cookies & analytics
Essential storage: your identity token, profile list and preferences live in your browser's localStorage; we set no advertising cookies. Our analytics tool sets its own cookie/localStorage entries only after you accept the analytics banner. You can decline, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a "no". You can change your mind anytime from the footer of the app or by clearing site data.
Your rights
- Export: download a copy of your data from Edit profile → "Download my data".
- Deletion: delete your account from Edit profile → "Delete account". This removes your profile, shows, media, posts and comments, and scrubs your email and name from our email logs. Records of completed orders are retained where we are legally required to keep them (e.g. financial records).
- Access / correction / objection: contact us via support and we'll respond within the timeframe your local law requires (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA where they apply).
Retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Email send logs are kept for up to 12 months for delivery analytics, and the suppression (unsubscribe) list is kept so we don't email people who opted out. Completed order records are retained for financial-record obligations.
Children
TourStubs is not directed at children and is only for people 13 or older (16+ where local law sets a higher bar for data consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child is using TourStubs, contact us and we will delete the account.
Changes
We'll post any material changes here and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means the new policy applies.
