Reporting copyright infringement
TourStubs hosts user-uploaded concert photos and videos. If you believe content on TourStubs infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to TourStubs LLC's designated agent. Until a dedicated contact address is published here, submit notices by creating a free profile and opening a support ticket from the profile menu ("Contact support") with the subject "DMCA notice".
Your notice must include
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL(s) of the material on TourStubs (e.g. the
/s/…share link). - Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) through the same channel. We'll forward it to the original claimant and may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless they file a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
