Reporting copyright infringement

TourStubs hosts user-uploaded concert photos and videos. If you believe content on TourStubs infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to TourStubs LLC's designated agent. Until a dedicated contact address is published here, submit notices by creating a free profile and opening a support ticket from the profile menu ("Contact support") with the subject "DMCA notice".

Your notice must include

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  2. The URL(s) of the material on TourStubs (e.g. the /s/… share link).
  3. Your contact information (name, address, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) through the same channel. We'll forward it to the original claimant and may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless they file a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
