Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
TourStubs aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We audit the app against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated accessibility tooling and manual review, and we fix regressions as part of normal development.
What we've built for accessibility
- Full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link, dialog focus management and a keyboard alternative to drag-and-drop uploads.
- Screen-reader support: landmarks, labeled controls, live-region announcements for status messages and form errors.
- Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Link-based email verification (no codes to memorize or retype) and password fields that work with password managers.
Known limitations
- User-uploaded videos don't yet support captions, and user-uploaded photos rely on the uploader's context for descriptions.
- Ticket-stub artwork is decorative and deterministic; its internal text (serial numbers, barcode digits) is not meaningful content.
Feedback
If anything on TourStubs is hard to use with assistive technology, please tell us: open a support ticket from the profile menu ("Contact support"). We aim to respond within 5 business days.
